This website is operated by Stained Wings Studio. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our stained glass is handmade. Small variations in colour, texture and size are part of each piece's character, not defects. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown when you order. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Stained Wings Studio and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
