Is every piece handcrafted?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted with care, so small variations in colour and texture are normal and make each one unique. Our panels are made to order around your needs.
How big are the pieces?
Each product page lists the exact size in inches and centimetres. Check it against your window before ordering.
How do I hang my stained glass?
Most pieces come with a chain or hook ready to hang. Use a small suction-cup hook or a ceiling hook near a sunny window. South- and west-facing windows show the colours best.
How do I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth or a cloth lightly dampened with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or put it in water.
Can I hang it outside?
Our pieces are made for indoor use. Rain, frost and strong wind can damage the glass and solder.
When will my order ship?
Many of our pieces are in stock and ship quickly. Others, including our panels, are made to order after you buy, so they take longer. After you place your order, we email you your estimated ship date. If it does not work for you, just reply and we will cancel and refund your order before it ships.
How long does delivery take once shipped?
Every order is tracked. Pieces shipping from our US stock usually arrive in 3–6 business days. Pieces shipping by express courier from our workshop usually arrive in 5–14 business days, depending on your country.
Will I pay customs duties?
US orders: no, duties are included. Other countries: your local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, paid by the customer.
What if my piece arrives broken?
Email a photo to handcraftcharm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Custom pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. Email us with your idea and we will tell you what is possible.
