Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your stained glass. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Arrived broken? We replace it.

Glass is fragile and we pack every piece with care. If anything arrives cracked or broken, email a photo of the item and the box to handcraftcharm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You do not need to return the broken item.

Returns for any other reason

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and instructions.
Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
