Shipping Policy

When your order ships

Many of our pieces are in stock and ship quickly. Others, including our stained glass panels, are handmade to order after you buy, so they take longer. After you place your order, we email you your estimated ship date. If it does not work for you, reply to that email and we will cancel and fully refund your order before it ships.

Where we ship from

Pieces in stock in the United States ship from there. Other pieces ship from our workshop by express courier (DHL or FedEx).

Delivery time once shipped

• United States, from US stock: usually 3-6 business days
• From our workshop: usually 5-14 business days, depending on your country

Customs checks and courier delays can occasionally add time.

Customs duties and import taxes

• United States: duties are included. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• All other countries: your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, paid by the customer.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, emailed to you as soon as it ships.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped and double-boxed. If something arrives damaged, we replace it free (see our Refund Policy).

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us and we will replace or refund your order.
